How and When to Apply Your Hormone Wholeness Therapy Cream
You will apply your daily hormone cream to both sides of the inner labia from day one (the morning after you receive your prescription). It’s very important that you understand where and how to apply it.
The inner labia is the skin on the inner side of the hair-bearing outer labia. It is the most absorbent area of a woman’s body, which is why our creams are so effective.
Think of your outer labia as double doors… or perhaps two closed flaps if that is a better image. The outside of these flaps has hair. Once you pull open the doors/flaps, the inside is smooth and without hair and is called the inner mucosal area. This is where you will put your cream. It feels like a little valley area on this underneath side, the perfect place to put your cream.

Your Hormone Wholeness Therapy cream comes in a special pump designed to give you the exact right amount every time (.50 ml). Each pump click delivers precisely the dose your doctor prescribed.
Getting Started When you first use your pump, press down on the top a few times until you see cream come out. This gets your pump ready to work accurately.
How to Use For the most precise dose, place your pointer finger all the way into the finger groove and press firmly on the back edge, while holding the pump upright. Apply the cream and rub in thoroughly to both sides of your inner labia to maximize absorption.
